Shipping policy

Matthew Luke Publishing sells and supports every order placed through this store. Eligible physical items may be stored, picked, packed, and shipped by Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment (MCF). Digital products are delivered electronically, and some physical items may be fulfilled by another disclosed partner.

The delivery estimate shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation is the best guide for your order. Available shipping options and delivery timing depend on the destination, selected product and format, inventory availability, and fulfillment service. An order-processing or delivery date is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Contact Matthew Luke Publishing immediately at support@mattpub.com if you need to correct a shipping address or request cancellation. An MCF fulfillment order can be cancelled only before its shipping label has been generated, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after checkout.

When tracking is added to Shopify, we send a shipping confirmation with links to the order-status page and the carrier's tracking page. Tracking can take time to update after a shipping label is created.

Items from one order may ship separately and arrive on different dates. MCF shipments may use Amazon Logistics or another carrier. MCF uses unbranded packaging by default, although an eligible item may ship in its own product packaging.

For a late, lost, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect order, contact Matthew Luke Publishing—not Amazon customer service or the carrier—at support@mattpub.com. Include your order number and, for damaged or incorrect shipments, clear photographs of the item and shipping package. We remain responsible for customer service and will investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Shipping destinations, charges, taxes, duties, and available delivery methods are shown at checkout when applicable. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.
