Refund policy

This policy applies to Matthew Luke Publishing store orders placed after this update on 6 September 2026. Any more favourable return promise made when an earlier order was placed remains available for that order. Nothing here removes mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or defective-product rights, whether or not Amazon fulfills your order.

Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, notify us within 14 days after receiving physical goods and send them back within the following 14 days. You may inspect them as you would in a shop; any lawful deduction is limited to diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary. Original packaging is not a condition of this right.

We refund within 14 days after your withdrawal notice, but may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund includes the least expensive standard outbound delivery we offered. You bear the direct return cost only where the law allows and you were informed before purchase. Defect-related remedies remain separate.

Contact us so we can arrange the remedy required by the law applicable to your order. MCF eligibility and our voluntary 30-day window do not limit these rights. Australian consumer guarantees cannot be excluded: remedies may include repair, replacement or refund according to the nature of the failure. Sale or final-sale labels do not remove mandatory consumer remedies.

Digital downloads are not physically returnable and have no additional voluntary change-of-mind refund offer. Mandatory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content remain. Where EU or UK withdrawal rules apply, starting supply ends the withdrawal right only when all applicable conditions are met, including your prior express consent, acknowledgement of losing that right, and the required confirmation. Merely downloading a file does not replace those conditions.

Our additional change-of-mind return offer is limited to physical products fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) that are eligible for its return process. Request the return within 30 days after delivery. For this voluntary offer, the item must be unused, complete and in resalable condition with its original packaging and proof of purchase. We do not offer additional voluntary change-of-mind returns for other orders. These conditions do not restrict statutory rights.

We provide an MCF Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the order-specific mailing address and instructions. Include the authorization slip in the parcel. Amazon's mailing document does not itself provide prepaid postage. The customer pays return postage for a voluntary change-of-mind return. We cover reasonable return shipping for an incorrect, damaged or defective item, and whenever the law requires it.

Matthew Luke Publishing handles your refund; Amazon does not automatically issue it or perform a direct exchange. After the return is checked, we notify you of the outcome. An eligible replacement depends on availability. Refunds use the original payment method unless the law requires or you expressly agree to another method, without a refund fee. Your payment provider controls when a processed credit appears.

If your item was purchased with Buy with Prime, use the order-detail link in its confirmation email or Manage a Buy with Prime order. Eligible orders retain the applicable Prime return window and methods. This store policy does not make that offer more restrictive.

Email Support@MattPub.com for returns, cancellation or refund requests. Include your order number or other proof of purchase and identify the items. For damaged or incorrect items, photographs can help us resolve the issue; contact us if you cannot provide them. You do not need to give a reason to exercise a statutory withdrawal right.

Contact us before posting a parcel so we can provide the correct order-specific destination. Do not send products to our registered office or to an Amazon warehouse without the applicable return instructions. Requesting routing instructions is not a condition for giving a valid statutory withdrawal notice, and your notice does not require our approval.
